CIIAK (the Center for Engineering Surveys of Artem Kiyaev) is a strong team of surveyors running the full cycle: engineering geology, surveying, environmental and hydrometeorological surveys. Since 2014 we've worked on airports, seaports, and major facilities of federal significance, and 100% of our projects have cleared State Construction Expert Review (Glavgosexpertiza).
I speak at and take part in industry forums. I break down the hardest survey cases — landslides, karst, permafrost, offshore work — and talk about what most people miss: where projects lose money and time to mistakes in the geology.
